1. Production Retainers

Due to the boutique nature of our studio and the compute-heavy process of AI calibration, the 50% production retainer is non-refundable once Phase 1 (Digital Audit) has commenced.

2. Ethical Use of AI Personas

Phoenix Photography provides the technology for Digital Twins. The Client assumes all responsibility for the content generated and shared using these assets. Personas may not be used for deceptive, illegal, or defamatory purposes.

3. Asset Delivery

Final high-fidelity assets are delivered only upon receipt of the final project balance. Production timelines are estimates and depend on the quality of client-provided calibration assets.

4. Intellectual Property

The Client retains 100% ownership of the final AI model and generated media. Phoenix Photography retains the right to use behind-the-scenes "Process" shots for gallery purposes unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
