At Phoenix Photography, our Visual Lab specializes in high-fidelity AI Persona production. Because we handle your visual DNA and intellectual property, your privacy is our highest priority.

1. Data Collection & "Visual DNA"

We collect "Calibration Assets," including high-resolution selfies and voice recordings. This data is used exclusively to train your private AI model. Unlike public AI platforms, we do not sell or share your biometric data with third-party datasets.

2. The Knowledge Silo

Proprietary curriculum, seminar notes, and videos uploaded to your portal are stored in a "Siloed Architecture." This data is used only to inform your specific Digital Twin and is never used to train models for other clients.

3. Data Retention

Raw visual and vocal assets are deleted 30 days after project delivery. The resulting "Model Weights" (your Digital Twin) are stored securely and can be deleted at your request.
