Location and additional costs: Sessions can be planned at your workplace, another suitable indoor or outdoor location, or a rented studio, subject to suitability and permission. Starting service prices exclude studio rental and any agreed travel, parking or access costs. These are confirmed in your quote before booking. Setup and breakdown are separate from camera time.
What counts as one photograph? One photograph is one picture you choose to have retouched. You may receive that same picture in full-resolution, web and profile-crop versions; these are different files of the same photograph, not additional photographs. Standard retouching is included with all three services. Advanced editing is quoted separately.
Want more photographs retouched? If Phoenix photographs your session, you can choose additional pictures from your proof gallery for $35 each. If you send Phoenix photographs you already have, each additional photograph starts at $75 after review. These are separate services: the $35 rate applies to photographs taken during your Phoenix session; the $75 starting rate applies to photographs you supply.
Selection and delivery: Photography proofs are provided within 2 business days after your session. Standard final delivery follows your complete selections; advanced work or larger image sets may require an agreed custom timeline. One consolidated round of minor adjustments is included when requested within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Rush delivery: $50 for the first photograph, plus $15 per additional rushed photograph. Rush is optional and subject to confirmed availability, for up to 5 photographs. An Icon client can pay $50 to receive one selected portrait within 48 hours, with the other four following the standard schedule, or $110 to rush all five. The rush fee is additional to your service price.
When the 48 hours begin: After Phoenix receives your final selections (or suitable source photographs and scope approval for Portrait Polish), required information and payment, with rush availability confirmed. These are 48 elapsed hours, including weekends; your quote states the agreed delivery date and time in Central Time. Remaining photographs follow the standard 5-business-day schedule. Rush final delivery does not automatically shorten proof-gallery delivery; expedited selection must be arranged separately. Advanced editing or more than 5 rushed photographs requires a custom quote.
